I’ve seen that I can save up to £35 with the rewards programme but my card shows only £15. How can I get the full amount?
Each completed rewards card is worth £15 and you can have two cards during the programme. If your baby uses SMA® PRO Follow-on now, you will also get an additional £5 cashback on your first purchase of SMA® PRO Toddler Milk 800g when your child turns 11 months old.Back to top
What do I need to do in order to get cashback?
You need to:
- Buy at least one SMA® PRO Follow-on Milk 800g or SMA® PRO Toddler Milk 800g tin
- Open your SMA® Baby Club digital rewards card
- Click on the upload receipt icon
- Take a picture of your receipt
- Enter your bank or PayPal details
- Once you’ve uploaded three receipts you will get £3.00 cashback/6 receipts = £5.00/ 9 receipts = £7

How will I know that my receipt has been validated successfully?
The icon of the receipt on your SMA® Baby Club rewards card will change from “Validating” to “Accepted”. You will also receive a confirmation email. This may take up to 3 days.Back to top
- Do I get more than one “stamp” on my SMA® Baby Club rewards card if I have purchased more than one eligible product on the same receipt?
How do I get my cashback?
Once you have uploaded your first receipt, you will be prompted to register with the cashback platform by entering your First Name, Last Name, Gender and Date of Birth. You will then be asked to provide your PayPal or Bank Account details. You only have to provide these details once during your first claim. Please note that your payment details will only be used by Quotient in order to send cashback to you. These details will not be shared with SMA® Nutrition.Back to top

How will you send me my cashback?
We will send it to you directly via either your PayPal or Bank Account depending on the method you have chosen. You will be prompted to register with the cashback platform once you have uploaded your first receipt by entering your First Name, Last Name, Gender and Date of Birth. What happens when my child becomes 12 months old? Can I use the SMA® Baby Club rewards card for SMA® PRO Toddler Milk 800g? For the SMA® Baby Club rewards card, how is my baby’s age calculated?
The product description in the top right hand corner of the SMA® Baby Club reward card will change to SMA® PRO Toddler Milk and you will be able to continue the programme by uploading SMA® PRO Toddler Milk 800g receipts. You can also upload SMA® PRO Follow-on Milk 800g receipts which you have not already uploaded.Back to top
What if I have 2 or more children?
The date of birth of your youngest registered eligible child (between 5 – 36 months old) will be used automatically. This is so that you can make the most of the savings available for the longest period of time. I’ve seen that the name of my SMA® Baby Club card has changed to ‘Toddler Milk’, will I lose/have I lost all of my previous stamps?
No, all the SMA® PRO Follow-on Milk 800g receipts will count towards your next cashback claim.Back to top
I have completed my SMA® Baby Club rewards card and have received my £15 cash back. Why haven’t I got a new card? /why has the card not refreshed?
Your SMA® Baby Club rewards card will refresh as soon as you've completed your first card. There is a maximum of two rewards cards per SMA® Baby Club member.Back to top

What details do I need to provide to get cashback by PayPal?
You need to provide us with your first name, last name, gender and date of birth to set up your profile and then provide the email address that you use for your PayPal account. You will be prompted to register with the cashback platform and your payment details once you have uploaded your first receipt using your SMA® Baby Club rewards card.Back to top
I don’t want to provide you my bank details, I’m not sure it’s secure.
The Quotient system uses the highest levels of security and adheres to industry best practices. Your bank details can only be used for crediting your account with the cashback. If you prefer you can select to use PayPal instead. You can make this choice within the SMA® Baby Club rewards card once you upload your first receipt.Back to top
How will the cashback appear on my bank statement?

You will get an email notification from us that your cashback payment has been processed. The money will then appear in your bank or PayPal account within 5 days.Back to top
My Bank/PayPal details have changed. How can I update it on your site?
Please login to the SMA® Baby Club, go to the reward card and click on the Help Button at the bottom-left corner or a “flip-arrow” icon in the top right corner. Then click on “Update my payment details” link at the bottom of your reward card. You will then be able to add new payment details or change method and this is effective immediately.Back to top
How will I know if there is a problem with my receipt?

Should I keep my receipts until I have received my cashback?

I no longer want to be apart of the rewards programme - how do I cancel?
You can unsubscribe to the rewards programme by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ in the e-mails regarding your SMA® Baby Club rewards card. This can be found in the footer.Back to top
The best way to feed a baby is to breastfeed, as breast milk provides the ideal balanced diet and protection against illness for your baby and also many non-nutritional benefits for both baby and mother. We recommend that you speak to your healthcare professional when deciding on your choice of feeding your baby. Professional guidance should also be sought on the preparation for and maintenance of breastfeeding. If you do choose to breastfeed, it's important to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
Infant formula is intended to replace breast milk when mothers choose not to breastfeed or if for some reason they are unable to do so. A decision not to breastfeed, or to introduce partial bottle-feeding, will reduce the supply of breast milk.
If for any reason you choose not to breastfeed, do remember that such a decision can be difficult to reverse. Using infant formula also has social and financial implications which must be considered. Infant formula should always be prepared, used and stored as instructed on the label, in order to avoid risks to a baby’s health.
SMA® PRO Follow-on Milk is only suitable for babies over 6 months as part of a mixed diet. It should not be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first 6 months. The decision to start weaning or to use this product before 6 months, should be made only on the advice of a doctor, midwife, health visitor, public health nurse, dietitian or pharmacist, based on baby’s individual needs.
The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life and continued breastfeeding for as long as possible. SMA® PRO Toddler Milk is suitable for young children from 1-3 years, as part of a healthy balanced diet and it is not a breast milk substitute.
