  • If you’re pregnant through summer, try and keep out of direct sunlight and use a sunblock as pregnancy can make you more prone to brown spots

  • Make sure you eat well and keep stress to a minimum where possible. A varied diet and an early night are the best things you can do to for your skin care regime

  • Rub creams or oils on to your bump, breasts and hips every night

  • If you prefer natural alternatives, try almond, avocado or evening primrose oils
