The midwife team are on hand via live chat Monday to Friday, 10am – 8pm, offering invaluable midwifery support for newborn parents and parents‑to‑be. Our expanded service now also includes access to a health visitor every Monday from 10am – 2pm, and a dietitian available Monday to Thursday from 12pm – 4pm. All chats are completely FREE for SMA® Baby Club members, fully private and confidential, and you can access the online service from anywhere, as often as you need.

All of the experts on the Epical team are fully qualified, insured and regulated.

When you access Midwife Live, you’ll be connected to a midwife from Epical Global. Although Epical Global is affiliated with SMA® Baby Club, the advice they provide is independent.

Yes, all the midwives on the Epical Global team are fully qualified, insured and are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the independent regulating body for nurses and midwives in the UK. Epical Global is also regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission).

If you're looking for advice around feeding more generally, our Midwife Chat service is also here to support you. If there’s ever something they can’t help with, they’ll gently guide you to speak to your healthcare professional for the best care.
